I very disappointed with the quality, presentation, and the way it was shipped. The toilet paper wadded-on wand in the package was "creepy" as if it had been returned and resent.

We are sorry you feel this way and more so that you would think we would send out product with a used piece of Toilet Tissue. We preload each of our products with a clean fresh toilet tissue 'pom pom' to help the customer understand how to load the tissue, what it would/could look like and how well it holds. Doing this for our cusstomers has helped them tremendously be successful from the minute they get it at knowing how to load it. We also send printed written instructions that include photos. We are doing all that we can do to make sure our customers are happy and successful at maintaining their dignity and independence. I hope this helps you all understand the benefit of including the Pom Pom for you to preview. Greg, with this new perspective of what we are doing and why I hope you find it helpful.
It helps me so much my only issue is the green handle breaks where it is connected to the white part

Thank you for your review, I am concerned with your handle breaking and would like to discuss this with you, please contact the office if your interested. We have very few break and sometimes with a conversation, we can figure out why yours did and make a few 'tweaks' on some possible angels to try and that might solve the problem.
